" Defrag strafe only, most of the runs were done in cpm, but there are some vq3 runs aswell. The movie consists of worldrecords only, and i have to say they are pretty outstanding. So just watch yourself, everything else you`ll get is just a bonus, besides there are not that many strafe only movies out there compared to freestyle movies for example ;=) "
